Piaf, Edith - Live at Berns in Stockholm, 1958
Edith Piaf’s legendary concerts at Berns Salonger in Sweden are well-known. Even now—more than half a century later—it is said, "I was there!" Edith Piaf had a large following in Sweden. The premiere on May 5, 1958, lasted nearly a month, with two performances each evening. Before that, a quarter of a million people had made a pilgrimage to Olympia in Paris to see her in March and April.

Anita Lindblom - Här igen!
Anita Lindblom (1937–2020) was one of Sweden's great schlager singers and performers. Her career spanned singing, television, revue, cabaret shows, and film. She made numerous recordings, 27 of which reached the Svensktoppen chart.
This CD includes unique and rare recordings in Swedish, French, and English.

Monica, Zetterlund - På Berns 1964
Monica Zetterlund sings lyrics by Tage Danielsson and Beppe Wolgers with Lasse Färnlöf’s quintet.
We are proud to present a unique recording from Monica Zetterlund’s first solo stage show, which took place at Berns in January 1964. The repertoire is exceptional, as many of the songs have not been released before. Several songs come from her summer 1963 folk park tour, for which Tage Danielsson wrote the lyrics, while others originate from Beppe Wolgers’ cabaret show at Hamburger Börs that autumn.

The CD also includes a booklet with extensive text by jazz writer Jan Olsson and private photos from pianist Göran Lindberg’s collection. Lindberg also performs on the recording as a member of Färnlöf’s quintet.
